1. As an applicant I am of legal age (18 Years) and will be an independent distributor, responsible for my own business & not an employee of legal representative of Nine Wonder Marketing Pvt. Ltd. I am joining the business on my own after due consideration of all aspects.
• In case applicant is minor, he can join as Nine Wonder Marketing Pvt. Ltd. Distributor under the guidance of his, guardian, who should be above legal age.
2. Company’s commission will be distributed 5th and 20th of the every month
3. 99/- is the product Registration amount of Health care and Beauty Care.
4. Product delivery charges extra
5. Admin Charges 5% will be deducted from 2end level towards.
6. TDS 10.3% & Admin Charges 4.7% will be deducted from 6th level towards.
7. Application for distributorship must be sponsored by an existing distributor (Sponsor) of the company.
8. Nine Wonder marketing pvt ltd. reserves all the rights to substitute the product within alternate product of similar value at its discretion.
9. All the payment for purchasing of products of the company, as new candidate shall be made by DD in favour of Nine Wonder marketing pvt ltd. Only, Deposit in Company account & the cash payments shall be made at the office of the company.
10. The company shall not be responsible for delays and failures in performance here under, where performance is made commercially impractical due to normal circumstances beyond and failure of either parties usual source of supply, government decrees or order.
11. Money back guarantee within 24hours. After deduction admin charges (5%).
12. The company reserves the right to make any changes, amendments or alterations in design, nature content, description, range and formulation of the product and services provided by the company, including any changes in the marketing strategy, compensation plan, policies and procedure from time to time as the company may deem fit and necessary to do so.
13. Monthly statement will be mailed on request on chargeable basis, which include the Actual cost of communication and delivery of the statement.
14. The company has not authorized any member or staff of the company to accept/DD/cash and statements from the company for new candidate.
15. As distributor users operate his/her own business with Nine Wonder Marketing Pvt Ltd. Product, Promote their sale and will abide by all Nine Wonder Marketing Pvt Ltd. Rules, Regulations policies & Procedures as amended from time to time including.
16. As distributor users will be responsible for all their payments of all kind of taxes which may be levied on the income that generate from this agreement. Users will keep Nine Wonder Marketing Pvt. Ltd. In indemnified of same at all the time present & future.
17. Users have to abide by Do’s & Don’ts terms & conditions, rules & Regulations of Nine Wonder Marketing Pvt Ltd. All the times.
18. In case of death of registered distributor, the benefit of earning if any shall be transferred in the name of the hnominee as mentioned in this application form.
19. After join with Nine Wonder Marketing Pvt ltd. Each Ids has one year validity for silver matrix.
20. All disputes are subject to Delhi jurisdiction only.

TERMINATIONS

• If any candidate found any statement of information in the application to be false or found any illegal activities which is done by any business promotion executive.
• If any business promotion executive uses the network to represent any other company for, its personal use.
• If any gold matrix entered Users promote to another company.
